• Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:  10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesdays, Thursdays:  CLOSED or by appointment only.
• Attention!  For the week of March 8th through 12th, we will be open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and CLOSED on Thursday and Friday for an in-service day.

We are located on the SW corner of Avenue B and Bishop St. and 50 feet south of the intersection of E. Vickery Blvd. and Bishop St.

We service the following Fort Worth neighborhoods:  Meadowbrook, Polytechnic Heights, Stop Six, East Wood, Woodhaven, Echo Heights, Handley, Ederville, Eastern Hills, White Lake Hills, Sagamore Hill, and Eastchase.  We welcome patients from all over Fort Worth.

We accept most insurance, open primary care providers (PPO), except health maintenance organization (HMO) unless they are referred from your primary care provider (PCP), and payment plans.

Convenient walking distance from Texas Wesleyan University.
